Do you want to get stronger and improve your fitness? Our trainers are happy to help you on your way. We use a mix of dumbbells, barbells, cardio equipment, and various other tools. The workouts can be straightforward or varied, depending on what you prefer and what fits your goals.

  • Building muscle mass and strength

Do you want to get bigger and stronger? Our trainers will help you with an effective powerbuilding program: a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding. We do big exercises with the barbell combined with smaller exercises with dumbbells, machines, and cables. This way, you build muscle mass and strength step by step.

  • Powerlifting

Some of our trainers have competed at a high level, and others have been involved in powerlifting for years. Therefore, they know exactly what it takes to get stronger and prevent injuries. They can also help you with the ins & outs of preparing for your (first) powerlifting competition.

  • Getting fit for a HYROX

Although we do not offer HYROX classes, we can certainly help you build the fitness you need to finish or set a strong time. We have all the gear you use in a HYROX competition. Additionally, we have a lot of experience with the correct technique of the exercises and know how to switch efficiently between running and the exercises. 

  • Continuing training after a physical therapy program

After a physical therapy program, it is usually important to keep training well. This way, you remain strong and reduce the chances of new complaints.

Some of our trainers are trained as physiotherapists. The others work closely with your own physiotherapist to create a plan that suits your recovery. 

  • Supplementary sports training

We can help you become strong on the field/mat/track. Not only with the fitness that will take your sport to the next level, but also with properly loading your body. This way, the gym is a complement, not a strain that will lead to overtraining.
