Reset Fysio is here for people who want to recover with purpose and return stronger.
We guide athletes and active movers through rehabilitation, sports injuries, and everyday complaints. Always with full attention. Always with a clear goal. No standard protocols, but an approach that fits your body, your load, and your life.
We approach the body as one whole: no separate parts, but a system in which everything works together.
Our treatments combine targeted hands-on therapy with active training and guidance. We work on recovery, but above all on durability: understanding what your body needs, so that you not only become pain-free, but can also continue independently.
Whether you are recovering from surgery, want to return to sport, or simply want to move freely again, we create the conditions to move forward in a controlled way, with confidence and focus.
Return stronger. A better way forward.

In collaboration with ZilverFitness, we offer specialized classes for people aged 55 and older. Our exercises focus on the basics, using (small) weights and bodyweight exercises to strengthen bones and muscles. Work on your strength, fitness, balance, and flexibility while also increasing your overall vitality. All classes are led by SPORTJA trainers.
During the group lessons, we work with like-minded individuals in a 'safe' environment, with workouts specifically designed for the target group. Also, think of a longer warm-up, more focus on mobility, and stretching/cooling down. The workouts can be tailored to individual levels. This makes it possible to work on strength, fitness, and flexibility even without much movement experience.
After each training session, we also provide plenty of opportunities to have a chat over a free cup of coffee or tea in our lounge.
